Don't spend another penny on sales letters, websites or more licenses until you have spoken with me!!! I despair at the amount of money that is spent by well intentioned people building their Internet business and getting very unsatisfactory results. The problem is that people are not defining their business plan at the outset and becoming product rather than market orientated. Then they go out and spend money on copywriting, web design, rebranding, fulfilment and sell nothing at all...

Come to this essential workshop. Let me share my experience in working with many budding entrepreneurs; some that have struggled and some that have gone on to success. Lets sit down together and look at why some plans work and more importantly why others don't.

Lets look at:

The Business Plan - Defines what it is you want to achieve and how you are going to get there. Something you can share with your suppliers, web designers, product developers, investors, bank manager and everyone who is going to support you in your endeavours.
If you have a plan you can always change it, but you will know where you have come from and where you want to get to. How will you ever succeed if you don't have a plan- and then work through it step by step.

Product v Market Orientation - The secret of making money in all business areas is to examine the marketplace and look for an unfulfilled need. Then and only then find and brand a product to fulfill that need. It's the only way forward.

Writing Sales Copy - Whether you write it yourself or hire a copywriter understanding the basics is essential. I have seen people spend fortunes on copy that does not work. We will be going through the basic formula known as AIDA (Attention-Interest-Desire-Action).

Building Internet Shops and integrating with social media. - We will look at recent work we have done and how we constructed these sites.

I am going to run some seminars over the coming weeks covering the whole concept of developing the business plan and developing a marketing strategy. I want to do this at a minimal cost of £99 plus VAT for the day including handouts and lunch.
